Solutions provides an innovative and highly effective mix of online local
advertising offerings to Contractors and Building Material Suppliers. Our directory
is low-cost making it affordable for all contractors and building material
suppliers to be listed.
HRW Marketing Solutions is looking for the
right people to join our independent sales team to launch the Minneapolis/St.
Paul Metro market.
Position Description:
As an Online Independent Advertising Sales Representative, you
will be responsible for prospecting new clients and selling local home
improvement, remodelers, contractors, product suppliers our advertising solutions. This is a business to business sales position.
The successful candidate will be a passionate,
motivator, along with strong networking and relationship skills.
Minimum Requirements:
·
At least one year of work
experience.
·
A proven desire to face
challenges head on and focus on the job at hand.
·
Strong computer skills.
·
Internet search skills.
·
Great communication and
follow up skills.
You will need your own
computer, phone, internet connection and Microsoft Excel and Word. This is a work from home position.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO LIVE IN MINNESOTA TO APPLY.
This is a work at home position. All communication and sales can be done electronically.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive commission structure. Individuals
should make $2500 to over $4000 a month. Some Leads and appointments will be
provided weekly.
Apply if you have:
- Proven business-to-business outside sales experience (1-2+ years minimum)…PROVEN is the optimum word here.
- Advertising Sales Experience. Of course, online sales would be a bonus, but is not required.
- You'd be working from a home office so having experience and the ability to work from home is highly preferred.
- Self-motivation, independent spirit and the ability to hold yourself accountable. Don't worry though—we've got a great Management team to help with accountability as well.
- Strong prospecting, presentation and closing skills….what good sales job doesn't need these??
- Proficient Computer Skills….You don't have to be a techie, but not knowing how to sort in Excel, for example, could be a problem.
- Outstanding time-management skills. If you think Franklin Covey and Microsoft Outlook are overrated---you may want to apply elsewhere….
- Strong consultative sales ability
- Fantastic communication skills…and we do mean FANTASTIC!
